Hours and Scheduling

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some early mornings/some late evenings, by appointment only. Occasional special exceptions are made to offer appointments on Saturdays or Sundays when possible for emergency situations. Please text me @ 585-354-3501 and I will do my best accommodate your schedule.

I am unable to accommodate same day appointments as scheduling is currently booking out more than 1 month ahead. This is especially true for first intake appontments and there is an existing waiting list for cancellations.

Please do not wait until you are extreme pain to seek out a maual therapy treatment - make every effort to plan ahead for your self care.

Because of the nature of manual (hands-on) sessions, I cannot answer calls or respond to messages throughout the day while in back to back appointments offering treatment. Thus, it's essentially helpful that you leave me a message or better- text me with:
- your name
- contact phone-#

- length of massage you seek
- best days you are available

- preferred time of availability (morn/aftnn/eve)

I will return your message as soon as possible and I strive do so within 24 hours. If you do not hear from me within 24 hours, please contact me again, I did not receive your massage. Technology does not always function as intended and I have had numerous problems receiving messages in the past.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to get into an appointment and does not leave me in a finacial deficit.

If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, the 1st time this occurs you will be charged a fee of $50 for your missed appointment.

If there is a 2nd time, the full session price will be charged befor you may book another session.

Please allow enough time during the winter season to accommodate for slower traffic conditions.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” The the full price for a missed appointment will be charged.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
